The new ENGEL e-connect.monitor makes it possible to analyse the status of machine components that are critical to the process, such as plasticising screws, during operation and make reliable failure predictions.

ENGEL e-factory gives the processor a view of the entire manufacturing process from the central computer.

At controller level, the ENGEL e-flomo and temperature control device merge to form a single unit. With the aid of the new iQ flow control software, the pump speed is automatically adjusted to current requirements.

ENGEL’s smart production solutions connect different elements over the production process and create transparency in the system as a whole. The e-factory MES, specially developed for injection moulding, permits clear display and control of the networked machine park.
